Micah After Dentist

Early in September, Micah had a dentist appointment to have two small cavities filled. He was given an oral sedative shortly after we arrived to the dentist where he turned, well, to put it frankly, into little drunken Micah. He never actually fell asleep while under sedation, but he was floating so high that he handled everything fine and hardly knew what was going on. Perhaps Jake and I are not the best parents -- we found his behavior under sedation to be an absolute riot. I play Bunco with half of the people that work at Micah's pediatric dentist office, so maybe that made us feel a little too comfortable. I wasn't worried about him at all - he was in good hands.

We were inspired by the the "David After Dentist" video floating around the internet to try taking a few videos of Micah on the ride home -- the fillings only took about 15-20 minutes so Micah was still HEAVILY sedated for a while after we left the dentist.
