Easter Weekend

We packed up and went to Payson for Easter weekend this year.  The kids had lots of fun playing outside at Grandma and Grandpa's house.  One the morning of Easter Sunday the kids got a couple small presents, some candy in their baskets, and we did a Resurrection Egg (check them out) hunt.  It was the first year we did this and it was very cool.  Each egg is filled with an item the pertains to the story of Christ's cruxifiction and resurrection.  After finding all the eggs we opened them in order and read through a story that explained each item.  It was pretty cool.  We look forward to making this a new Easter tradition.

We had a candy-filled egg hunt outside in the afternoon with our kids and their cousins.  And then enjoyed a super delish meal for dinner!  It was a fun weekend and great family time!

Apparently some people were so excited that they could not hold still!
