Micah's preschool class put on a small Mother's Day party today which was totally adorable. All of the kids had made special gifts - placemats, a bottle of peppermint foot scrub, and cards for their moms. They put on a little show of three very cute mother themed songs (like, "My mother has a first name, it's M-O-M-M-Y..."), which was followed by chocolate cupcakes (which the kids had all made together) and milk and tea. Very sweet. Micah was as precious as could be and if he had not already won over my heart years ago, he would have today. He sang loud and clear while looking straight into my eyes, and eagerly presented me with all of his gifts. ADORABLE. My heart was so touched and if there had not been so many people in the room, I would have been crying like a little baby.
