Jake's 28th Birthday

We had a great weekend celebrating Jake's birthday! On Saturday, we met Jake's parents at the Mormon Lake Lodge for a very yummy lunch and then took some time to walk around, see the horses, buffalo, goats, and play with the boys. That night Jake and I went to the Chris Tomlin concert in town -- it was outdoors on a very beautiful night. It was an amazing concert - Chris Tomlin, was incredible of course, and the worship was awesome!

Ignore the floating head and just enjoy the music...

On Sunday, Jake's actual birthday, we treated him to lunch at Salsa Brava after church and let him open his present. He has been very interested in putting together a home bar for quite some time, so I ordered (with the contribution of both sets of parents) a wine/liquor cabinet that we are going to set up in the kitchen. The cabinet itself is backordered, but will hopefully be here sometime in September. He really liked it!
